Dress up Time

It was a month full of dressing up and we still have the carnival tonight and trick or treating tomorrow! Adele went to Pre- school as a Fairy Princess. Last week was red ribbon week at the elementary school they asked the kids to dress as there hero as Tyler dressed up like his Dad. He had me draw a mustache on him. He wore cowboy boot and a button up shirt.

Adele and Emily dress up everytime they they get together. They often times dressed as Rock Stars. This day I believe they are Cowgirl Rock stars going to the barnyard. Adele also started to take dance this month with Emily.

Day Two of Cows and Flowers

I got up early to go with Cam, Crae, Adele,Wade and Cortney Smith to bring the cow the rest of the way home. Carol came to the house to watch Tyler and Tate because they were still sleeping. The cows stay over night in corral. We cross the railroad tracks, a highway, state highway and many houses and obstacles along the way. I really enjoy riding and trailing the cows. When we got home to the river with the cows. I came home and made four corsages, and four boutonnieres. Then delivered all the flowers to the Bancroft church. I was tired that night. We drove to delivered some cows that followed us home that belonged to people in Chesterfield. I kept falling asleep on the way home and Tate would look at me and say "Mom open".

Bring the Cows home

Grant Tate and I got left home when they brought the Cows home on Friday the 17th. I was working on Wedding flowers. (in the picture of the flowers you are looking at three arrangements for the cake, brides bouquet on the left and an arrangement for a table on the right.)I wanted to get as much done as I could, so I could go the second day before I delivered the flowers for the reception in Bancroft.
I'm not sure which one was more sad to be left behind. The Great Grandson or the Great Grandpa on his 88th Birthday.
I love them both dearly.

Tyler, Kaleb Wheeler and Adele rode in the pickup with Wade (Kaleb's Dad). They also rode the horses and walked behind the cows with there whips.

A Sunday afternoon at the Williams'

The kids love to hear a story. Especially if Dad is the one reading to them. I saw Cam reading to the kids and thought it was so sweet looking. I just had to get the camera! Tyler is in the kitchen doing his home work.

Wow what a Month! Cow camp

There are so many pictures from this month I want to post. I'll try not to overwhelm you
The Kids and I drove to Cow Camp to see what was going on, and to see Cam and "Grandpa Crae". On the way there we saw Cam and Crae with with a few cow on their way to camp, so we knew it would not be to long before they got there. What is "Cow Camp"? In the Chesterfield Association is a group of Ranchers who owner range land together. On the Range everyone's cows run together. So for a week everyone who runs cows on the range get together and roundup everyone's cows, and sort them in to different pastures to wait there trip home. They leave so early in the morning and get done late in the evening that Cam and his Dad stay at Cow Camp in a trailer and get feed three meals a day in the house you can see in the background of picture above.
The kids have a great time exploring the "trails" made by the cows in the willow by the stream that runs through camp.
Tyler never wants to go and never wants to leave.
(no joke)

War Dance

Another reason I love Grace.
Is a great 2nd grade teacher. Mr Sotutu
Tyler has been rejuvenated in school. He comes
home happy and wants to tell me the
funny things that happened that day.

Ka mate, ka mate
ka ora, ka ora
Tenei te tangata puhuruhuru
Nana i tiki mai whakawhiti te ra
Upane, upane Upane
keupane Whiti te ra.
Hi!

Today Tyler was a warrior! His second grade teacher Mr. Sotutu was asked to do the "war dance" in the Homecoming assemble. Tyler came home after school chanting and hitting his chest. I wondered what he was doing! I looked in his backpack and it had a permission slip in it asking if I would give my permission for Tyler to perform with the other boys in his class and some of the older boys.

Hope you enjoy the video. Tyler is on the far left. Sorry he is hard to see.

wheelerbenifit.blogspot.com

These week I'm helping a friend paint her little girls room. I will post pictures when we are done. It is going to be so cute! The room has a "surfer girl" theme.

This weekend I will be working on wedding flower, and they may be trailing the cows home to!

Week of Visiting

This is the only picture I took on our whole week of visiting family!
On Monday the kids and I went to Blackfoot to my parents house. My Mom and the kids and I did some Geocacheing at the Gravel Pit in Morland. It is actual very pretty with all the tree changing colors. Later we did two more when my Dad got home. The next day Tami (my sister in law) came over, and I did some shopping from her trunk. Then we were off to Rexburg. We went to my sister Michelle's and that is were the kids rode the little four wheeler. Tyler loved driving around the parking lot and on the sidewalks. We did have a couple of accidents, but everyone it OK. We tried to do a few Geochaches, but with no luck there was one by the temple but it was very close to the highway and we did not want to bring five kids by it (plus they were pretty noise for the temple grounds). We tried the park, but we could not find it either.
We went to my brother Shawn that night. Tyler loved playing the Wii. Especially Paper Mario and Wii Fit! He said, " Ha, I'm exercising?"
The next morning we went to Gabe's preschool and had breakfast with him. The kids played for forty five minutes before we left. Even Tyler had a good time. He was not sure about going to Pre school. After that we went back to Blackfoot. Kristin (my sister) was there that day with her kids and we worked on lots of vinyl projects. That evening by brother Kory came over.
We left the next day and came to home to Grace. We I said to the kids lets go get Bud, they said we forgot we had a dog! Cam came home that night to bring a lode of bull home. We were so excited to tell him about our adventures. We went to the range and I will make another post to talk about that. That night my sister Angie came with her kids.
So out of my six brother and sisters I saw five of them!
The kids had a great time playing with there cousins!
There is nothing like an instant friend!
