I want to Go!

Cam and his Dad left to go to the Range for roundup this afternoon. Tate first tried to get Grandpa to take him, and when Grandpa left he then started on Dad. He waited by the pickup and reached his hand up and tried to put his hat in the pickup.
With no luck he go left behind again!
He watched the pickups drive down the road, and took off his hat and cried.

With in a few minutes he had gotten over it and went to play with Tyler, Adele and Bud.

Big Red

Tate is really into Hats right know. It does not matter who's they are or if it fits. It only matters if will stay on his head! He wears cowboy hats, bowls, dress up hats, Tyler's hats, His hats, Grandpa's hats. It really does not matter.
Life must just looks better from under a hat.

Camping (?)

We went camping at a Friends camping area. I'm so glad they were willing to share with us. We had a great time. We stayed two night, but it was close to home so we were able to come home for somthings we needed to do. Then go back up there to sleep again.
Me riding the zip line. I was a lot of fun. Every time I thought I was going to go right into this big tree. Then it would stop me and I would swing clear out. I went much faster them the kids. Tate wanted to try so bad so Cam or I put him on the small seat and ran with him. He thought it was great. Tyler and Adele also loved it.
This is a swing that they made for there grand kids to ride. He should Cam how to run it. The first time I rode with Tate and it made me sick t my stomach going around and around (I'm getting sick just thinking about it). Tate had to ride with Tyler or Adele the rest of the time.

Tyer used the wagon to hall everything to and from the truck. Tate had to go every trip. He loved it. A few times he had to sit on top of things and he did not mind.

Perfectly comfortable

Cam had me bring Belle over to driveway to eat some fresh grass, and while I was out there Tyler told me Tate was awake and wanted me to get him out of the crib. I was not sure what to do with Belle and Adele said I'll hold her. When I came back Adele and Belle were perfectly fine. I thought she looked so cute with her overalls on and leading that tall horse.

New puppy

We got a new puppy Saturday night. We got him from a family in Chesterfield. When we got there about six black and white Border Cole waddled out. I was not sold on the idea until I saw all of them they were so cute. We let Tyler pick his favorite (Adele had fallen asleep on the drive) he chose the only one that had brown on him. The kid love chasing "Bud" and being chased by him. Tate and the puppy take turns being afraid of each other. The picture on the right is Tyler playing with Bud. The puppy has been great for him. I brought to Tyler's class for Tyler's Show and Tell. tyler loveed talking about his puppy and bring him around to the kids for him to pet. Adele wanted to take a picture of Emily and me with Bud he bite my hair just before she took the picture. The picture on the right corner is the kids trying to Bud to come out, because Tate hit him in the eye with a softball, and he hid in the doghouse.

Geocaching

Last Friday we needed to go to Soda Springs, so I put the condenses in the G.P.S. and we found a cache at the Geyser. It was great, because it made a regular trip to town into and adventure. Tyler loves to do it and I love it because it gets us all outside exploring.

Our new Hobbie

I had read in the family fun magazine about Geocaching a year ago, and I asked my friend about it and she told me there was "chases" all over in our area. She had ever setup a few.

What is it? It is like a treasure hunt with a G.P.S. Unit.
How to do it? Go to www.geocaching.com and set up an account and you can surch any area by zip code. Then you pick the one you want to do and put in the cordences and go find the cache
(the container with a note book to sign and date and leave for the next person to find, you can also trade some small "treasure")
They are everywhere! Hidden right under you nose!
My kids Love it!
We have visited a few place practically in our own back yard that we have never been!
I have yet to rember my camera.
The caches so far have been in very senic places.

Holy Smokes I DID THIS!

Ok, I looked at one of those hair blog and showed Adele this picture, and she said "that would hurt mom". So I thought there is now way she will let me fix her hair like that! On my Birthday Adele had pre-school and she let me put a ponytail in her hair and then I just started braiding.

( As a side note. Tyler had Cam get me a "foot massager" for my Birthday. When Tyler gave it to me he said, "You can use this when you get angre it will calm you down". Humm... that made me think a little bit.)

So back to the hair, when I was braiding I said, "Adele quit moving your head around!" (in a not so nice voice). Adele said "do you need to go use the foot massager Mom?" I guess I probbly did.

Corndog

Adele, Emily, Tate and I went for a bike ride to the apple tree and on the way there we stopped at the ditch and picked cattails.
Tate kept calling them "corn dogs",
and I thought, they do look like corn dogs more then they look like cattails!
We rode to the apple tree on Comish Lane and sampled the sour apples then threw them in the ditch. Then the girls played on the haystack and ran through the field.

This is just some more reasons I love Grace!

Just SINGING and DANCING in the RAIN

On Sunday it rained really hard and for quit awhile (for Grace anyway). Then we all ended up outside. One kid would go in and then another would come out, and Cam and I went inside and then out. They would go in to get different jackets, shoes, boot, or hats.
No matter how old a kid gets.... there will always be that undeniable attraction to a puddle.
